I am going to be bringing me car in soon anyways to repair some damage to my fender (stupid people with their SUVs) so i would just say "I have noticed that my car has been misfiring lately."

Assuming you remove the Cobb tune completely (unmarry it from the car), it will automatically erase all those codes and you will be taking what amounts t0 a codeless car to the dealer and they will do nothing.
