Initially I was considering the JB+ for a simple power boost due to me wanting to keep it well, simple and as stock as possible. But from the research I read I think the Cobb will be worth the money being a full blown tune that is simple and requires no physical mods in engine bay etc.
Btw benzy, I'm moving to Atlanta next month, don't know about the gas there.
