I have not done the CIC retrofit, but you should post more details, so that others can help. Maybe the unit has more features and you need to code the car? Did you get the emulator or FSC code? Or is it just that the unit won't even turn on? Did you check the fuses? Reseat the cables, recheck all connections?

It's a seller from Europe, I am now disputing the transaction with paypal/ebay.
The CIC does turn on, but the screen is red. I've checked all of the connections, everything is connected properly. The seller claimed that the FSC code is already imported into the CIC and it is plug and play. Apparently it is not.
I should be having a coding session with the Bimmer Retrofit guys later tonight. One of their engineers will take a look and hopefully will be able to help.
