Same problem that happened to me. My 335 got lemoned 3 months later. I went in every other week to replace the fuel injectors, and got re-flashed once too. Nothing seemed to fix it, a couple weeks before I returned the car, my fuel pump started to go out too.
Email BMWNA see if they can do anything for you. If not, get yourself a lemon lawyer, make sure they dont charge you anything though. They are suppose to get paid by BMW.
