Yeh Mtec kit is going to happen, not sure how soon though...
As metioned by BMWGTR, depends on the angle, and light. some times they're as bright as and other times outer rim is dull.

Depends on the angle, but that's as good as you can get on a pre-LCI e92, without taking your headlights out and sending them off to get re-done (after which they'll look better than OEM LCI lol).
