Fair point. But the phone can easily be tracked (notably for iPhone, MobileMe) and many of them probably know that. Isn't it a bit disappointing when someone says they they are happy the dealer hasn't stolen their belongings (Since the second one wasn't really complimentary, much less a favor)?
