Do you have another set of wheels you can try mounting up?
A bent wheel can balance perfectly on the machine but the bends can cause vibrations throughout the chassis.
If you're on a square setup, try moving the fronts to the back. The vibration won't be felt as much in the steering wheel but the vibrations will cause premature wear on your other suspension components.
