But seriously....My vote is for the flow sensor itself as a couple of people have had to replace them.
Why don't you pull the nozzles out and visually verify they are misting into a glass jar.
Then pull of the C-clip flow sensor contact and check for corrosion on the FAV.
I would also check the electrical connections at the relay.
If the flow test is good, then I would contact vishnu or Jeff Howerton for a replacement C-clip sensor.
