They swapped out disks already. New set does the same thing. West coast disk does not load. I am under warranty but I'm apprehensive about having them mess with the car. I read a bunch of horror stories about software updates. Besides, if it needs a software upgrade, why would one disk work and not the other. Makes no sense to me.
