That harness doesn't work with Logic 7, and not clear on how well it is optimized for HiFi vs. Stereo. It's from the EU, and there Stereo is really common.
I think a Dension Gateway 500 w/Bluetooth would work.
Connects2 makes a CAN interface for the Parrot CK3000...I'm getting a price on it already here in the US.
