Judging by the color temperature 6000k and 6500k, is there a visible difference in terms of color and output (2 LED vs 4 LED)?

i guess for the LUX to offer maximum power, it needed to give up the fading option.
Marc: for the upgrade option, why do V1 people have to upgrade when they aren't affected by the recall (pre 10xx batch), since only the Power supply is being swapped and not the bulb?
