BMW has a Ipod only retrofit for non idrive it costs about 500 bucks installed
still requires a wire but its digital.
. I have seen it as low as 260 on there website uninstalled it requires programming to install.
Dension makes a unit called the gateway 500 its about 500 bucks it has USB
and a add on for streaming bluetooth.
Mobridge make s a similar unit I think bluetooth is included on that one.
The cheap methods going analog through the aux are the blackberry gateway
and Kenwood A300.
Aux Input is known to be low quality for audio.
