A question - when you're pulling the intake air sensor, is it an issue if you just reconnect the whole thing on the new charge pipe in the engine bay, rather than outside? My clip was stuck something horrible so I just screwed it all off, taped it to a convenient hose and plugged it back in. I'm waiting on an Allen wrench to come over so I have time to ask if this is an issue.

You're welcome! It's perfectly fine to install it when its in the engine bay. It's just that much more difficult trying to get to those little torx screws.
