Hi, been a bit quiet for a while enjoying a well behaved si and adding another few thousand miles. Then whats this! a hesitation when coming back on the power between gear changes 1500 to 2000rpm, I tried a couple of tanks of different fuel to check if it wasn't due to a dodgy mix. Then took it into BMW and the Techy found the same dip straight away, booked it in everything tested no luck in fixing but diagnosis looks like new ecu, software load, plugs and a perished breather pipe on the back of the engine block, due in for surgery this week so will update all, unfortunately it co-incides with next service interval and one of the rear tyres needs replacing so its not going to be exactly free.
