They must have been Bullshitting me then, TD offered me the wastegate-only fix for £175+VAT exchange in May 2011 when I first got a rattle.
They said they used a ceramic sleeve insert to stop the wastegate shaft wearing the hole in the turbine casing.
Maybe they gave up on that one
