The 06-976B is correct for the 56 plate (new shape) relase of the 3 series coupe. This will work in a standard manner, and would not work in conjunction with the steering remote controls, however, we will be bringing out the 06-CAN-BMW01 in the new year which can be used in conjuction with a CK7W to interface to the steering remote controls in place of the CK7W’s button. This would give you the following functions from the remote buttons;
Voice Recognition - Press and hold Voice command button (picture of a face)
Accept Call - Press Pick up button once (picture of phone)
End Call - Press Pick up button once (picture of phone)
Reject Incoming call - Press and hold pick up button (picture of phone) |
This is exactly what im after, when is it coming out ? did they give a date ?
Basically it sounds like it has all the same functionality as the std bluetooth but will be half the price.
