I have to say I've wondered at the trend of making mens rings out of titanium or similar; at least a high-carat gold ring might stretch or snap before you lost the finger, but titanium or tungsten or similar, no chance. A&E aren't going to be able to cut it off in a hurry either.

Got a few climbers at work, as well as a few bike enthusiasts; might have to ruin some lunches
