when saying third world countries what comes through my mind is those african countries and some of the country in middle east..and some countries in southern asia.(correct me if im wrong about the middle east tho..)
anyway.. I just thought its wrong hearing taiwan is a third world country.. since im taiwanese and yea thats just my opinion..
anyway, I agree with you guys that german cars will be better with german or euro aftermarket stuff.. and that 8k is a bit too much.
