I recently had some repair work done on my 2004 E90 wagon at Lutz Performance. Initially, I was not completely satisfied with the diagnostic work done by the technician and contacted the owner, Andrew, to let him know. He was sincerely interested in making things right, did more than I asked and followed up to make sure I was thoroughly pleased.
