All I can think of if the coils are not it would be injectors. Too much or too little fuel injected while cranking.

Air fuel spark.

You got air(I assume the TB is not closed and obviously the valves in the head are fine)
You got spark
You got fuel.

how annoying.
Yep Torgus, no issues running or at WOT at all
No smell of fuel in the engine bay which would indicate a leaky injector or something
Logs look great, rail pressures etc are fine blah blah
Have upped the fueling on start by 20% and have increase the idle rpm to 1000 in the tune
Have replaced the starter motor, sparks and sensors
Nothing has helped

Funny it starts up fine when cold.
Only has a long crank once its warm or after it has been started
Almost like its getting too much fuel so when it sits for a while it flashes off and starts up ok
But when its warm or something its like the engine is flooded and takes a while to kick in...... dunno
I am running a flex fuel system in it and in MHD it is reading 10% ethanol even though the fuel in the tank is just regular 98, so there might be a clue there

Meanwhile once it starts it is running fine, so hmmmm very strange
