Do the struts/shocks when you do the springs. The ride will otherwise be comprimised, as will the effective life of the OE struts/shocks, and you'll have to have to do the labor twice when they eventually blow.
MassBimmer did springs first, hated it, then had to pay again to have the struts/shocks done afterwards.
