I think he really did run over the cop's foot, otherwise the cop would have had time to smartly reach for his nightstick, and THEN wack the s### out of the window, not the way he did which would have hurt his hand.
Man, that guy is trash, don't try to use force against a guy with a GUN and who has lots of reasons to use it. He's lucky he didn't run into a psycho cop.
