I'm curious about the materials used to manufacture several of the parts that are frequently modded.

For example, the badges on the tail...metal or plastic?

Front grille: metal or plastic?

Front lower mesh grilles: metal or plastic?

Interior leather: is there a source for leather yardage that is the same as the interior material? I have a few ideas on accessories for the E92 coupe but they would have to be a perfect match.

As you might imagine, these questions have to do with the methods of making mods to these items. For example, painting the front grilles would require different methods depending on whether they are metal or plastic.

I also have an idea for a mod for the ugly orange reflectors but it would really only work on black cars.
