There are clearance issues with the E92 335 causing the bar to not fit properly. Below is the fitment guide from our site in regards to the ECS Carbon fiber strut bar.

The truck with your order hadn't left yet, I was able to run out to the warehouse do some yelling and get it stopped before it shipped so you wouldn't have to deal with parts that don't fit your car. It's currently in holding with our customer service guys. Please PM me and let me know if you'd like the bar still, knowing we have fitment issues with it on our E92 335 or if you would like the bar removed from your order.
