great idea but our local mountains are ideal conditions by the current weather ONLY. hard to plan a trip so far ahead without knowing the conditions. no fun riding in a couple of foot of man made packed ice and crowded slopes.
if you want to just party, it doesn't matter!
MAMMOTH is a better idea.
