No police report which was dumb on my part but she did call her and my insurance company and told them she backed into me.
I guess im covered at this point. My insurance carrier told me I have 2 choices, either go somewhere of my choice and pay the deductable on my policy, or submit the claim through her insurance.
Im going to submit the claim through her insurance.
