I had them both go on my x5 just after Christmas, the dealer said I had to pay for them because my washer fluid wasn't the correct ratio
strangely after a email to the MD of BMW uk I got a call from the stealer saying BMW will make an exception and the washer fluid was ok
They wanted something like £200 for each side
