Honestly, If I were you pat, i'd just get a supercharger kit for your e46 m3 and enjoy that. You said you loved the car but just wish you had more power. Easy solution, rather than buying something else youll just end up selling for something else lol.
on a side note, I love the e55 amg. a quote has always stuck with me about that car that i read somewhere on mb forums.
