Those are OEM B7 S4 wheels.
The B7 S4 also comes with the optional "DTM kit" rear bumper and front bumper.
All OEM parts.
The exhaust on the S4 is a quad.
Everything about this car says true S4 other than the "20" placed behind the S4 badge.
