you can't get the car CPO'd but you can buy an extended warranty I believe for 120k miles. and as far as leather cracking that's probably not covered as its wear and tear. Just bring it to an auto detail shop and have the interior detailed or buy some leather care product like leather master for $50 on Amazon. Steering wheel peel is probably the same.
