I've been buying and selling cars all my life, I know how the game works. A car is worth what somebody is willing to pay at the time you sell it. No more or less. I did say OBO, no low ballers I think. So if somebody is interested, make me an offer. Thanks.
I started at 39k, OBO.
The Problem with listing it too high, even if OBO, is that it will turn people away without reading the rest.
I had a few dealers offer me $32k, and would not even go to 33!
I had one (funny) guy here (seriously) offering me $32k for a loaded 335is with 23k miles!

IMO, the car was worth $37-38k, and was a CPO.

Therefore, I would expect the 2009 328i e93 with double the miles to be AT LEAST $5-7k below that.
