Yes. There is an "offset" error that is common as well as noise in this measurment for low/no pressure conditions. So under no/low flow it's possible that the "pressure" will flip to look like a "vacuum" due to these errors and the resulting measurement flips to that extreme value.
I've taken a lot of data on this behavior, and how to correct the sensitivity for ambient conditions, for my sensor. It's a very useful sensor for measuring all types of airflow characteristics ...
Lots of info here if you're interested and a link to a manufacturers pdf where I got a lot of the equations to describe behavior sensitivities.
