that will vary depending on mods and how aggressive the tune is, All the things you listed are variables dependent on your conditions. For example, I'm hitting 15-16 psi on my current setup but I use map 5 and have other mods. You may be on Map 1 which has a max boost of 12psi. I don't believe there is a straight answer to your question since we don't know the exact conditions you're running.
