I've seen other vehicles that terrence did, and he usually does top notch work.
For some reason, he did a half ass job on my car and i pointed this out to him (i formerly detailed for a large car dealership)...he was very professional and told me he had no excuse for what was missed, and gave me a refund of what i thought was fair compensation. Great guy to deal with, professional, and also a car enthusiast (met him through a VW forum).
