My E46 was from life quality-- ok sales, horrible service experience. i had to get a friend that works at bmw NA to authorize an oilservice that should have been covered without a problem, and they even gave him an attitude.
I've had great experiences with the service dept at Manhattan BMW. no loaners, but i live and work in the city so i just have to hop a train.
i got my 335i from Difeo-- perfect sales experience, but it was new not used. not sure if its the same bunch.
