5'' should be almost straight bolt on, probably would only take 30 minutes for you to do yourself.
But if you want a shop to do it, figure on 1hr of labor and I would use Auto Tech in Shawnee Mission, owner there is a straight shooter and one of the best BMW techs in the KC area. If you go in there check out the pics of his old dragster.
