That fitment could very easily be made to work without camber plates. Additional negative camber achieved through pulling the alignment pins on your stock strut mounts should be enough get at most -1.5 degrees and clear the tire. If you do have any front rubbing it would only be the tire just ever so slightly grazing the plastic fender liner. Rear fitment with that set up is very easy and would not need any fender rolling or additional negative camber.
