I had the same problem in my 08 335 before I traded it in. Had the dealer check the fuse, wasn't the fuse so they looked in detail. They said I overloaded to circuit and messed up the socket holder and it needed replaced. They said it was something that is very weird that happens with theses BMWs. I smelled BS but whatever it was $50 and I need it fixed.
