I'm not actually sure how you'd even retrofit stock bluetooth into a car with nav, but without MULF or combox wiring. Newer headunits include all the provisions for satellite radio, bluetooth, and USB, but I don't know where that works in with nav.
Perhaps someone else has something more enlightening. You could always, for giggles, try coding in $644 and see what happens
