I personally use the Porter Cable, idk about the Harbor Freight brand... The polisher, pads, and products makes a difference. Just have to play around and find the right combinations.
I use the Porter Cable, Orange Pad with Detail Addict G-2500, Red Pad with Detail Addict G-3500, and Black Pad with Detail Addict Carnauba/Sealant Wax.
That's my 2 step polish.
