I heard that BMW covers as no charge scheduled maintenance

Engine Oil Services
Wiper blade Inserts
Brake Pads
Brake Discs
Engine Drive Belts
Brake Fluid Service

when the dash board red light's on or every year for 4 years.

But a receptionist in Toronto BMW said they serviced my 2011 328 last March, and asked me to come back next year after March. But actually, they only did Brake Fluid Service.

Are they only cover Brake Fluid Service as BMW no charge scheduled maintenance in Canada?
