Water pump and/or thermostat are electric and many go out before 100k. Can change yourself in an evening for around $500, so no biggie.
BMW originally said the AT had a lifetime fluid. This has sort of changed now. If you get an AT look for one that had the fluid changed before 100k or take a chance changing it with that many miles, or just leaving it be and crossing fingers. I'm at 140,000 and my fingers are crossed.
Oil filter housing gasket may leak.
Broken valve cover/head bolts on certain models.
HPFP fuel pump on 335i.
