Updated the listing for mileage, and updates to incentives I'm willing to kick in.

A recurring question/negotiation item that has come up over the last couple months is on the transfer fee, if I would cover some or all. So I've decided to go ahead and cover the whole $500 transfer fee.

In addition, I will throw in $2,000 cash as an incentive. A portion of this cash could be used to replace the front wheel if it bothers you.

And as has always been the case, the car will come with four winter wheels and tires that retailed for $1,900; probably worth $1,200 to $1,400 now if I had to guess.

I took the car to Carmax and even with the bent rim they offered me $35,000 to buyout the car. If you were to take over the lease at no cost to you, you could buy the car for $39,147, less $2,000 cash I gave you for a net of $37,147. I think that price is decent considering the trade-in value is $35,000.

If you wanted to continue to lease the vehicle, with the $2,000 cash will bring your net monthly payment down to $417 pre-sales tax. If you take the wheel cost out of the $2K cash (roughly $600) you'll have a net monthly payment of $483 pre-tax.
