That's odd. When you purchase BMW's extended warranty, or extended maintenance warranty, they input that information into BMW's service information system. It would seem that that dealership in NH put in the extended warranty, but not the extended maintenance plan.
If it wasn't in the system, then BMW of FFX isn't at fault b/c they can only check the computer system to verify. It would seem the NH dealer is at fault.
