Well, you can get any car tuned but if you're asking about making it a 330i, then the answer is no. It's got a different combustion chamber design that has a lower compression ratio than the N52. The result is better efficiency but less power. That's why BMW put the 3-stage manifold on it. I'm sure there's a little extra power in there since BMW tuned it for lower emissions. Ask the Active Autowerk folks. They should be able to help you out.
