Yep i have managed to get 41mpg on an 80 mile journey (A roads and motorways). This was done by keeping a 55-65 speed on the A roads and 65-75 on the motorways, allowing the car to fall to the lower speeds on inclines.
Needless to say I had to reset the mpg counter after this as it was becoming addictive seeing how efficient i could be.
