No.
Stock 335i oil cooler does not use standard fittings/connection. Unless you have tools to modify the OEM oil lines you need new hardware connecting the heat exchanger to thermostat housing.
Also bracket included is a generic Earl's bracket. You'll want to bend up some 1/8" or 3/16" sheet metal to make a complete bracket.
