I used the sagaweb.2wglobal.com site to look up the schedule and found the ship's name. Then I used the
www.sailwx.info site to track the ship. But to get the status of my vehicle I used
www.bmwusa.com. I also called that 1-800 number to see if there was any more info (which there wasn't) and is used the production number. I've used the VIN before as well and it worked.
