I changed plugs on my 06 330i few weeks ago at 69k. Feels alot better. Also did a coolant flush hoping it would extend water pump and t-stat more. Also changed rear pads and rotors. Pads need replacing but I did rotors too cause I had an annoying squeezing sound that is gone now. Oh yeah and I changed a leaking oil filter housing gasket. Gunna have to replace valve cover gasket soon but I should be good for about 6-12 months. You could also do tranny fluid, check hoses and belts, lube hinges maybe and and sunroof track. Good luck.
