previous car with 133k miles consistently got 28mpg travelling to work, mostly rural roads and some highway. I noticed that my gas mileage dropped when i had 15mm spacer in the front by almost 2-3 mpg. 21-22 around town.
335is is averaging 24-25 mpg same route, 19 mpg around town. No spacers on the front of this beast...
